Foundation/Site Prep: The majority of our modular prefabricated designs require little or no site preparation. In lieu of costly concrete, engineered alternative anchoring systems are available for existing site conditions. For more complex tensile structures and roof systems requiring foundations, we provide engineering and design calculations and work with the general contractor during the process.
